INSIGHT started out as Smith Consulting Group services in 2003. Women owned and operated, this organization has supported nonprofits, state agencies, academic institutions, and other organizations across the state of Georgia.
INSIGHT empowers diverse organizations to develop, enhance, and expand social, educational, and health-related programs and services through evidence-based monitoring and evaluation.

Katie Moran
Katie monitors and evaluates the implementation of multiple opioid and suicide prevention initiatives under the State’s Opioid Response (SOR) grant, provides evaluation training and technical assistance to a variety of stakeholders, and evaluation services to assess client progress toward the prevention of opioid misuse and related outcomes throughout Georgia.

Grayson assists in the evaluation of several projects under the State’s Opioid Response (SOR) grant. Grayson received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Georgia State University in 2020 and plans on returning to Georgia State to pursue her Master of Public Health in the Fall of 2021.
